At Sagrario Pilates Studio, we believe that pilates instruction requires very personal attention from the teacher. We draw attention to the smallest details unique to each individual. We therefore recommend that you invest in a series of private sessions before you join any groups, even if you have had some experience already.
Sagrario shares her knowledge from all her pilates training with the aspiring pilates teachers. Sagrario understands that learning comes together in the body and the mind, as layers, one layer at a time. The training consists of personal workout hours, assisting, observing, as well as administration and marketing.
